All orders placed before 2PM, will be shipped or delivered the same day. For orders that will be delivered to your freight forwarder, please be sure your sales representative has the correct information. Any orders received after 3PM, will be processed the follwoing day. We offer Free Local delivery*, Free Shipping nationwide*, and Free delivery* to your freight forwarder.

You can register with our website if you would like to receive our catalog as well as updates on our new products and services. Information you submit on our website will not be used for this purpose unless you fill out the registration form. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our website, or that Y number of men and Z number of women filled out our registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals. All parts have a one-year warranty.. “Dead on Arrival” must be reported within 72 hours of receipt. Any physical damage or re-work done to the product or defacing labels on parts & components voids warranty. Please be sure to include all accessories including software and hardware in its original condition/packing. Any items returned for credit and sent incomplete or defaced will not be given credit. All shortcomings, discrepancies, short-shipment etc. should be brought to the notice of Imexx Technologies, within a period of 2 days from the date of the receipt; Imexx will not be responsible, or liable thereafter in respect of this RMA. All Rma claims must be shipped back To Imexx Miami Branch Freight is to be prepaid by Customer. Any product returned to imexx for any reason other than being defective, will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Imexx will not be resposible for any damages caused to products used with our accessories, our warranty will only cover repalcement or credit for the imexx product that is defective.

All orders should be placed directly with your Imexx Sales representative. If you are unable to reach your representative you may email your order o fax it to us at 1-305-647-6490. Please be sure to communicate to your representative if your goods will be picked up or delivered.

For our customers convenience, we accept payments Via wire transfer, or cashier's Check. For cutsomers with approved credit you may pay via company check. All monthly price lists superceed any previous price lists you may have received, should you have any questions regarding pricing, please contact your imexx representative. All monthly promotions will be valid from the first day of the month, to the last closing day of that month. .

Any product returned to imexx technologies, will be issued a credit memo, in which the customer can apply to an open invoice or exchange for other products only.
